Yes! The cards are 100% paper with no plastic packaging meaning when they come to the end of their life they are safe to dispose of in your recycling bin.

Not at all! You can either use the connection cues as a daily prompt for 50 days or pull as maybe cards as you feel called to on the day. The cards have also been designed to be used annually (or as frequently as needed) to check in with ourselves, our bodies, and our connection with ourselves.
