How-to Guide: Wearable Remote Vibrator

How-to Guide: Wearable Remote Vibrator

What is a Wearable Vibrator?

A wearable vibrator is a sex toy that’s designed to be worn in some way — whether in your underwear, via a harness, or simply by way of contouring to your vulva, and providing hands free pleasure. Luna Wearable Remote Vibrator is a soft and squishy clitoral vibrator designed to sit in your underwear - and is held in place with the small but mighty magnet. The 15 meter radius remote means hands free play and makes Luna the perfect addition to couples play. The petite and slimline design of Luna means it can be used during penetrative sex (either with a partner or with your fave vibe). Luna is also a perfect handheld toy for solo play, ergonomically designed to fit in the palm of your hand with either your thumb on the power button to cycle through the patterns + intensities or using the remote for more personalised pleasure play. For solo play Luna features a ribbed textured tip for enhanced sensations as the texture moves along the length of the vulva and over the clitoris. Luna can be stored and charged in the travel friendly case to be taken with you for whenever the mood strikes!

Why use a Wearable Vibrator?

Foreplay

Foreplay is just as fun as, if not more fun than, intercourse. Many people think foreplay is the best part of sex! For those who really enjoy intercourse, spending more time on foreplay can increase arousal to help better prepare for penetrative sex. Outercourse is especially important for vulva owners since vulvas generally take more time to become aroused than penises. Foreplay is essential to allow the vagina time to self-lubricate, lengthen, and open up to accommodate penetration. That’s where Luna Wearable Remote Vibrator comes in, the handsfree design means you can explore each other’s bodies and other erogenous zones. For even more built up try not touching at all and simply have one partner in charge of the remote while the other wears Luna, maintain eye contact and see how long you can last without taking things further

Edging

Edging is a form of orgasm control that aims to intensify orgasm. Including a Wearable Remote Vibrator is a great way to try edging. The goal is to delay your orgasm by reducing the intensity of the stimulation just before you feel like you’re going to finish, then building it back up again. With Luna, you can use the arrows on the remote control to gradually increase the vibration intensity and then quickly reduce it (or remote altogether). You should feel more pleasure each time you do this, so that the eventual orgasm feels more powerful.

How to use a Wearable Vibrator

Turn It On & Test Out The Toy

Before jumping into things, we suggest testing out Luna in your hand and trialing the different speeds and patterns to get a sense of the toy’s functionality and how it works with the remote. Hold down the power button for 3 seconds on the Luna toy and on the remote to turn them on (nothing will happen until another button is short pressed - this allows Luna to be worn for a while until you are ready to use it. To control Luna via the toy itself, short press the power button to cycle through all 5 intensity levels and 4 vibration patterns. To control Luna via the remote control short press the power button to cycle through the 4 vibration patterns and use the up and down arrows to adjust the intensity level. Using the remote allows for a more personalised pleasure experience as you can explore all 5 intensity levels for each vibration pattern.

Always Use Lube!

We advocate the use of lube during all kinds of play, regardless of whether a toy is being used internally. Add a few drops of good quality water-based lubricant to cover the length of the toy and desired erogenous zone. Lube is a fabulous tool to enhance sensation and its slipperiness will help to reduce friction making you session more pleasurable. Avoid using silicone-based lubes as this will diminish the quality of the silicone material over time and can stain your sheets.

Putting on the wearable vibrator

Once Luna is turned on (but without activating the vibrations) and you have familiarised yourself with the button interface it’s time to play; remove the magnet from the front of Luna, with your undies pulled down, position Luna in place on the vulva so the textured precision tip is sitting on top of the clitoris or between the labia. Once you’ve found a comfortable position, pull up your underwear to hold Luna in place and attach the magnet to the outside of the underwear (be sure to line it up with the magnetic face of Luna - where the logo sits).

Using a wearable vibrator for Solo Play

For solo play Luna can be worn in underwear using the magnet to keep the toy in place, alternatively, ditch the undies and hold Luna in place with your hand or close your legs to hold it in place with the tops of your thighs. Luna is the perfect handheld toy, ergonomically designed to fit in the palm of your hand with either your thumb on the power button to cycle through the patterns + intensities or using the remote for hands free play. Luna’s pleasure point tip is perfect for waking up the entire vulva by stroking the toy up and down the lips of the labia. Working from the clitoral hood down, feel the different sensations as the texture moves over the clitoris. If you would like to incorporate internal play for dual stimulation - keep Luna in place on your desired pleasure area (you might need to move it up slightly to make room) and insert a vibrator or dildo into the vagina. Everyone’s anatomy is different, but the g-spot is usually located about an inch inside the vaginal opening on the upper wall.

Using a wearable vibrator for Couple’s Play

Once Luna is turned on (but without activating the vibrations) and sitting comfortably in place in your underwear, whenever you’re ready, hand the remote control to your partner and have them use the arrows on the remote to begin to explore the various levels of intensity, they can mix things up by short pressing the power button to cycle through different vibration patterns. The magnet will hold Luna in place so you are free to walk around, sit down, or lie on the bed. Explore using our foreplay tips or practice edging with your partner in charge of the remote. Luna is designed for external stimulation but if you are wanting to explore the world of blended orgasms you can incorporate penetrative sex with Luna. For dual stimulation we recommend starting with externally stimulating the clitoris to wake up the entire vulva area before introducing anything internally, so begin by using Luna in any of the ways listed above. Once your body is aroused, keep Luna in place on your desired pleasure area (you might need to move it up slightly to make room) and insert a vibrator or penis into the vagina.

Play Time’s Over, Time To Clean Up!

After your fun and pleasure filled play sesh, remember to thoroughly clean the wearable vibrator! Sexual hygiene and proper toy care is an essential aspect of self and partnered pleasure practices. Wash Luna and the remote with warm water (add a little soap if you wish) and thoroughly dry them before popping back in their travel friendly charging case, ready to go for next time!
